NEW MODEL OF PROFILE SIDE GRINDER
K&K Automatic Machines has launched a new model of their profile side grinder on the market. The machine will be first introduced at the STONE fair, where it can be viewed in Hall 7, Stall 13A.
The profile side grinder is designed for milling and polishing of facets, flat sides, semicircles, quadrants, and complex profiles.
The machine is fully automated and it is operated via HMI touch display.
The head of the grinder has a special VEM engine designed specifically for profile side cutters. The machine is equipped with a remote control located near the longitudinal rail.
There are four individually controllable pneumatic drives pinning the stone slab to the table, whilst the pneumatic cushion moves and rotates the slab as required.
The new profile side grinder can perform further automated operations.
