Podle historick\u00fdch z\u00e1znam\u016f bylo v&nbsp;roce 1840 v&nbsp;t\u00e9to oblasti 5 lom\u016f, zat\u00edmco zdokumentovan\u00fd za\u010d\u00e1tek t\u011b\u017eby v&nbsp;tomto m\u00edst\u011b je z&nbsp;roku 1928.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zimnik je jemnozrnn\u00e1 a&nbsp;st\u0159edn\u011b zrnit\u00e1 sv\u011btle \u0161ed\u00e1 \u017eula &#8211; nejsv\u011btlej\u0161\u00ed ze strzegomsk\u00fdch \u017eul, po&nbsp;vyp\u00e1len\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 b\u00edl\u00e1. Lo\u017eisko je r\u016fznorod\u00e9. V\u011bt\u0161ina je jemnozrnn\u00e1 a&nbsp;selektivn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ebou lze z\u00edskat opakovateln\u00fd materi\u00e1l. Pr\u00e1v\u011b pro tuto jemnost a&nbsp;opakovatelnost barev je Zimnik nejv\u00edce cen\u011bn. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd vlastn\u00edk lo\u017eiska, spole\u010dnost Tinarg, za\u010dala Zimnik t\u011b\u017eit v&nbsp;roce 2012. Star\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby t\u011b\u017eby hlubinnou metodou byly (z&nbsp;ekonomick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f) zastaveny v&nbsp;hloubce 100-110&nbsp;m. Star\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by a&nbsp;kladkostroje byly odstran\u011bny a&nbsp;na lo\u017eisku se za\u010dalo t\u011b\u017eit nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi metodami: plocha j\u00e1my se zv\u011bt\u0161ila o&nbsp;n\u011bkolik hektar\u016f, odstranila se nadlo\u017en\u00ed a&nbsp;svrchn\u00ed vrstva kameniva a&nbsp;za\u010dala blokov\u00e1 t\u011b\u017eba (v&nbsp;hloubce 30&nbsp;m). T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se p\u0159i&nbsp;stejn\u00e9 velikosti pos\u00e1dky zv\u00fd\u0161il v\u00fdkon p\u011btkr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se v&nbsp;Zimniku t\u011b\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u016fl milionu tun \u017euly ro\u010dn\u011b, z&nbsp;toho 100&nbsp;000 tun materi\u00e1lu v&nbsp;kusech a&nbsp;bloc\u00edch, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e 40&nbsp;% tvo\u0159\u00ed blokov\u00fd materi\u00e1l ur\u010den\u00fd k&nbsp;set\u0159en\u00ed a&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Odd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed blok\u016f se prov\u00e1d\u00ed metodou odst\u0159elu pomoc\u00ed rozn\u011btn\u00e9 \u0161\u0148\u016fry a&nbsp;demolice st\u011bny se prov\u00e1d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed naklada\u010d\u016f a&nbsp;mal\u00fdch je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Od po\u010d\u00e1tku t\u011b\u017eby se pou\u017e\u00edval jako materi\u00e1l pro dla\u017ebu &#8211; kostky, obrubn\u00edky, desky. V&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se ze Zimniku z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 kompletn\u00ed sortiment v\u00fdrobk\u016f a&nbsp;polotovar\u016f: desky pro dal\u0161\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0159ezan\u00fd a&nbsp;\u0161t\u00edpan\u00fd materi\u00e1l na dla\u017ebu, n\u00e1hrobn\u00ed kameny, kompletn\u00ed sortiment stavebn\u00edch prvk\u016f &#8211; desky pro svisl\u00e9 a&nbsp;vodorovn\u00e9 obklady, obklady schodi\u0161\u0165, desky, parapety, podlahov\u00e9 krytiny, drobnou architekturu, jako\u017e i&nbsp;pro v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed kamenn\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky.
